Prior to the Windows problem the printer has been operating fine on Windows This does not get me to any clear answer. It is no longer connected to the Laptop.
I am guessing, when it worked the drivers were moved or copied over to it and some setting is telling the laptop to look for it. So, is this a registry problem?
